With six years of dedicated, hands-on service in healthcare, I've gained a profound appreciation for the significance of Basic Life Support (BLS) and similar certifications. Their impact transcends the hospital setting, reaching into our communities and homes.
In the Kansas City/KCMO area where I operate, the prevalence of cardiac arrest incidents within homes is alarmingly high. These critical situations demand immediate intervention, yet our communities often face a tragic reality: bystanders are hesitant to step in and perform CPR when it is most crucial.
The stark contrast between the urgent need for BLS skills and their limited presence in our neighborhoods serves as a poignant reminder of the life-saving potential we all possess. I have personally witnessed the transformative power of BLS and similar training, not only in the hospital but also in homes and on the streets, where it can make the vital difference between life and loss.
At Guided Revival, we aim to educate our heightened risk and BIPOC communities on cardiac emergencies by maximizing access to life-saving knowledge. We are dedicated to breaking down barriers through personalized and diverse health training programs and by distributing cutting-edge equipment that boosts efficiency and survival rates during these cardiac emergencies. Individual Sessions
Basic Life Support (BLS) is available in two different training methods:
1. $90| Blended learning (completion time AND COST vary)
(1/2 Online Self-Paced Lecture Completion + Scheduled Skills Session Check-Off)
2. $55| Classroom Lecture & Skills (est. run time 60 min.)
Opting for the in-person route ensures the quickest delivery of your eCard.

Each BLS course route will teach the same AHA science-based skills and result in the same AHA BLS course completion card with a validity of 2 years.
